Our Installed Manufacturing Capacity is 600 Running Mtrs Per Day, i.e.: 15000 Mtrs Per Month & 1,80,000 Mtrs Per Annum of all Assorted Sizes, Grades, Types and required Lengths. We have excellent standby skilled & Unskilled manpower arrangements along with all supporting facilities; we can even enhance our daily production schedules to higher extent as per required capacity per shift, only depending on our buyer’s outstanding requirements.
Assured Quality Plan
We stringently follow our own methodology Quality Assurance Plan for manufacturing different specifications of belts. Due to our Q A P, and the constant efforts taken by our R&D Deptt, today our product quality is well accepted in all sectors. We provide Laboratory Test Certificates and Guarantee Warranty Certificates with each supply of belts sent along with Invoice and dispatch documents. We carryout all desired computerized laboratory tests, on belts for ensuring our quality perfection and full satisfaction on various tolerances as per desired Standards of IS: 1891 (Part – I to V) Latest.
